Attended Grade School at St. Joseph’s Parochial School, Downingtown, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Attended High School at Malvern Preparatory School, Malvern, Chester County, Pennsylvania; graduated in 1970.

Attended Undergraduate College at the University of Notre Dame 1970 – 1974; attended a Year Abroad Program in Dublin, Ireland 1972-1973, Graduated with a BA Degree in 1974.

Attended first two years of Law School at St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri, 1974-1977; attended last year of Law School at the University of Pennsylvania 1977-1978; received J.D. Degree from St. Louis University in 1978;

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Admitted to the Practice of Law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the County of Chester in November/December, 1978.

Also admitted to the Practice of Law before the Appellate Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third and Fourth Circuits; and, the United States Supreme Court.

Served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas Pitt (1978-1980) as well as The Honorable Dominic T. Marrone, President Judge and The Honorable John Stively, President Judge, (1980- to 1988). Performed Law Clerk services to the Honorable Leonard J. Sugarman and Robert Gawthrop.

Member of the Chester County Bar Association (and Family Law Section); the Pennsylvania Bar Association (and Family Law Section); the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association; and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
